In the unlikely and unfortunate event that something goes wrong with your spa cover we are here to help. Please call us to discuss any problems you may experience.
Any Pinz spa cover shown to be defective in materials/workmanship within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced without charge, at the manufacturers option (excludes cost of freight to and from the manufacturer).
This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
The purchaser is required under this warranty, to return the registration form within 14 days of purchase.
If any defect is observed, please contact your supplier or us directly. You must provide proof of date and place of purchase.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, shipping or normal wear and tear
